We may in our sole discretion, modify or revise these Terms at any time and you agree that your subsequent use of the Site after such amendments shall be deemed agreement to the amended terms.

Subject to your compliance with this TOS, Crosspoint grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license, without right of sublicense, to access the Site solely to retrieve information regarding Crosspoint’s expert panel (“Materials”) from Crosspoint for the sole purpose of requesting Crosspoint’s services.  Crosspoint shall have the unlimited right to terminate your license to access the Site in its sole discretion.

Profiles and information provided on this site is solely for the use of the registered user.  Except as expressly permitted by Crosspoint, you may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, duplicate, publish, license, offer for sale, or use in any other way the Material contained on, or obtained from the Site.

All materials provided on this Site, including but not limited to text, logos, graphics, images, visual interfaces, software and services (“Materials”) are owned by Crosspoint and its respective third-party providers and are intellectual property of Crosspoint protected by copyright.  Your use of this Site does not give you ownership of any Materials or any intellectual property rights in Our Services except as expressly specified in this TOS.  You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post or transmit the Materials in any form or means without Crosspoint’s prior written permission.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, the Site’s server or any network connected to the Site; or use any automated means to access the Site or collect any information from the Site (including without limitation robots, spiders, or scripts) or any other activity with the purpose of obtaining lists of users, Materials or other information.

Crosspoint makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that the use of our site and the materials within such shall be secure, uninterrupted, accurate or error-free, or that our site shall function properly in combination with any third-party technology, hardware, software, systems or data.
